5-Minute Daily Lymph Routine
(Once per day – morning or evening)1. Deep breathing (1 minute) Sit or stand tall. Inhale through your nose, letting your belly expand. Exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat 5–6 slow breaths.2. Neck & collarbone activation (1 minute) Using light fingertip pressure:Small circles above the collarbonesGentle downward strokes along the sides of the neck Keep pressure light and slow.3. Upper body movement (1 minute)Shoulder rolls (10 backward)Gentle arm circlesOpen the chest with a light stretch4. Lower body pump (1 minute)March in place or do heel raisesKeep movement relaxed and rhythmic5. Light drainage strokes (1 minute) Using open hands:Arms → sweep toward armpitsLegs → sweep toward groin Slow, calming strokes
Lymph Support for Desk Work
Take movement breaks every 60–90 minutesShoulder shrugs and neck stretchesAnkle pumps or circles under the deskEnd of day: legs elevated for 3–5 minutes if possible
Lymph Support for Travel
- Stay hydrated
- Move ankles and shoulders regularly
- Take short walks when possible
- After travel: warm shower + gentle movement

- Warm up with light movement and deep breathing
